Taylor began her journey through YouTube initially recording ASMR videos on her phone. PewDiePie used her video in one of his games shortly when Taylor had 50,000 followers around 1 1/2 months since she posted her first. Taylor stopped working on her Youtube channel at two months. Nearly 100,000 subscribers. The main reason was technical issues and the fact that she felt overwhelmed. After a lengthy month off, Taylor started creating new content. Taylor created the cult ASMR ten triggers designed to aid in sleeping (35 millions views by August 2022). ASMR Twenty Triggers to Sleep which was highly popular during July of 2017, has now been watched by more than 38 million viewers as at August 20, 2012. In August 2017, she appeared interviewed by Shane Dawson for his video. Shortly after, she hit a million YouTube users. Wired UK reported that in February 2019 she earned $1000 per day from advertisements on her YouTube channel.
Dennis Helfer as well as Elaine Helfer were the parents of Helfer at the time she was born. The two were born in the town of Donalda, Alberta Canada. The parents of her are Dennis and Elaine Helfer. She was a student at in the William E. Hay Composite High School, located within Stettler (Alberta). The school was located at the farm of her family with her three sisters: Trena, Tammy and Tara. Helfer was discovered at age 17 by a scout for a modeling agency as she waited in line for the movie theater.
